Accommodation for students, social housing and PPE

Lots B and C are located in the heart of the future Adret Pont-Rouge neighbourhood, between the Route du Grand Lancy and the train line. The six buildings are designed to form two open islands, which sculpt the spaces separating the private spaces from the communal and public areas. The entirety is protected from the railway by two barriers placed along the tracks.
Two buildings, which are comprised of HM social housing (mixed housing) and student accommodation, are subject to strict security measures. The spaces all face towards a courtyard to the West. The crow-stepped front allows for light to enter and views to be maintained. The other four buildings, which are co-ownership and have no fixed rental charges, offer an opportunity to share in this view over the garden courtyard.
